I offer full-service to my clients starting with our first conversation through closing day. A lot of other agents tend to disregard their buyers once they are under contract. Not me! I'll schedule and attend your home inspection with you to make sure all your questions are answered. After the inspection, we'll go over the inspectors list together so you know exactly what you're dealing with and how to resolve any repairs if needed. I'll also schedule and attend the appraisal to make sure there are no issues along the way.
