After paperwork is taken care of, I'll schedule my trusted photographer to photograph the property, this where the marketing begins! I'll be working around the clock to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are ready for the big day!
Once your home is officially For Sale, I will coordinate all showings with you, ensuring that they fit your schedule.
Once it's time to review offers, we will go through each and every offer together where I'll highlight and explain all of the pro's and cons of each offer so you can make a sound and informed decision.
